About

Paper Blocks: a cosy puzzle game about lighting lanterns across a sleeping city. We tested each flow with real people before a single pixel was polished.

Pages stay light, so they load quickly even on a patchy connection. Content was written first and the layout followed it.

  • The colour system has two themes and meets contrast guidelines in both.
  • Small details, like the focus styles and empty states, got as much care as the hero.

Every page was designed on a strict grid, then loosened where the content asked for it.
