Keep it fast
The brief was simple: make the work easy to find and hard to forget. Pages stay light, so they load quickly even on a patchy connection.
The colour system has two themes and meets contrast guidelines in both. The whole experience works with a keyboard and a screen reader.
Test with people
Small details, like the focus styles and empty states, got as much care as the hero. Every page was designed on a strict grid, then loosened where the content asked for it.
We tested each flow with real people before a single pixel was polished. Content was written first and the layout followed it.
