Wild Journal: an editorial site where the photography does the talking. Pages stay light, so they load quickly even on a patchy connection.

We tested each flow with real people before a single pixel was polished. The colour system has two themes and meets contrast guidelines in both.

Every page was designed on a strict grid, then loosened where the content asked for it.
Images are served in modern formats at the size each screen needs.

Content was written first and the layout followed it.
