Mono Bakery: an editorial site where the photography does the talking. Images are served in modern formats at the size each screen needs.

Small details, like the focus styles and empty states, got as much care as the hero. The colour system has two themes and meets contrast guidelines in both.

Every page was designed on a strict grid, then loosened where the content asked for it.
Pages stay light, so they load quickly even on a patchy connection.

We tested each flow with real people before a single pixel was polished.
