About

Ember Tiles: a cosy puzzle game about lighting lanterns across a sleeping city. Every page was designed on a strict grid, then loosened where the content asked for it.

Small details, like the focus styles and empty states, got as much care as the hero. The brief was simple: make the work easy to find and hard to forget.

Content was written first and the layout followed it.
The whole experience works with a keyboard and a screen reader.

The colour system has two themes and meets contrast guidelines in both.
